We are thrilled to announce the official list of invitees for the prestigious 2024 Debate Cranes Trials. These selected students from across Uganda have demonstrated exceptional skills in debate, earning them an opportunity to compete for a spot on the national Debate Cranes team. This list comprises winners, high-ranking speakers, and top performers from multiple regional and national tournaments held throughout the year.

These students have made an impressive impact through their debates, representing their schools and regions with skill and passion. The trials will determine the top five speakers, who will go on to represent Uganda at the World Schools Debating Championship (WSDC) in Panama.
Congratulations to all invitees! We encourage each participant to prepare and bring their best to the trials. This is a unique opportunity to showcase talent on a national level, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for each of these young debaters.
