The Debate Cranes have triumphantly returned from the prestigious World Schools Debating Championship (WSDC), leaving an indelible mark on the global stage. The team, comprising Zephyr, Raima, Jesse, and led by Coach James, has made history as the only East African team to reach the outrounds of the WSDC in 36 years.
Their remarkable performance in the championship showcases the growing talent and dedication within the East African debating community. The Debate Cranes faced fierce competition from some of the world’s best debaters but demonstrated exceptional skill, critical thinking, and eloquence, propelling them into the outrounds.
