What good is an idea if it can’t be shared? DIA was founded to help spread  ideas. The more ideas that are shared, the greater the likelihood those Ideas will have an impact in the world. There are many ways to share ideas; one is the public speaking and the other is debate. That’s where we  come in. We deliver high quality public speech and debate training to  people of all ages.

We wake up every day to enable young and old Africans to express their  ideas with power and purpose.

We believe that it is the dream of every parent or education institutions to  have their students attain excellent public oral and written expression skills.  We exist to enable that dream of parents and education institutions to  actualize.

We believe that Africa’s present and future is in the hands of young people  and to this effect; these pillars of the African dream ought to be  empowered with excellent oral and written communication skills that will  enable them to fully deploy their potential for Africa’s future.
