Upon careful reflection and in alignment with our strategic objectives, the management of Paragon Rhetorica under Debate Institute Africa regrets to inform the public that the National Public Speaking Championship 2024, will not take place this year due to a strategic conflict. This decision was made with the intention of better fulfilling our long-term goals in the public speaking arena. We want to assure all our stakeholders that our commitment to fostering top quality excellence in public speaking remains unwavering and it is our hope that this championship shall return as soon as next year.

In line with our undeterred dedication, we are on a brighter note, pleased to confirm that we shall be representing Uganda in the African Individual Debate and Public Speaking Championship, the World Individual Debate and Public Speaking Championship, and the International Public Speaking Championship going forward.

Details regarding these prestigious competitions will be shared in due time. Furthermore, national trials for public speaking will be scheduled as soon as possible, and we will provide updates on these arrangements shortly.

We thank you for your understanding and continued support as we strive to make a significant impact in the public speaking community of Uganda.
